Identity Essentials (redo)

This is me re-shooting my ideas while trying to use better angles and a less dominant background; please give feedback because I want to be better with this photography stuff :]

This character served as a starting point for a couple of the shots.  When I got tired of taking a picture of this particular pose I thought about how I could make her personality come out a bit while still making the pose feminine.  I do not own this photo; it is the property of Marvel Comics.
My choice for my theme to be the essence of gender.  I used a drawing model toy and tried to figure out how I might be able to show what a "women's" pose may look like.  What I noticed in a lot of pictures of women in comic books is that the women do some of the very same poses: some look like dancers, some have their arms stretched behind them, and almost every female have their backs arched out perfectly.
I like this one a lot better than the one I took before.  It has a more  dynamic look to it, if you will.


I don't think this one is strong because it looks like the arm and the foot morphed into each other.

I just think this one is cute :)
